Returning your Item

If you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Any items bought during the months of October/November/December can be returned up to the 31st January.

Please complete the returns slip which was enclosed with your order. It is very important that your order number is clearly shown on your returns slip. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.

Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which they were received and are in a resalable condition. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn. Items which have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.

Returns Shipping UK

We now offer free returns (Applies only to UK Orders) create your free returns label you will need to go to the Royal Mail website and complete the form to generate your label.

Note: You will need a printer to for your label. Royal Mail will also email a QR code which some Post Office's can scan and print at customer service points. Please check before hand if this option is available to you. More details can be found at royalmail.com.

Returns Shipping Ireland

The cost of returns postage is not covered by Gumbies Limited this does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning your order for a refund the initial cost of postage (if paid) will be refunded.

You can return your item by any means you wish but please don't forget to get proof of postage. We will not be held liable for any missing parcels.

Please ensure you have adequately package your return. We will not be held liable for damage to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoe boxes. Gumtread™

We chose recycled rubber as the base material for our innovative outsoles with the dual purpose of flexibility and durability in mind. Recycled rubber also provides tire-like tread for the grip to continue your adventures, whether you’re wandering further than the backyard in your slippers or taking on the world in your flip-flops.

Recycled Plastic

The uppers of our slippers are constructed from a second-life felt, made from recycled PET plastic that we source from post-consumer waste including bottles, food containers and cosmetics packaging. Once processed into a cosy brushed felt, it provides all the warmth and comfort of a traditional slipper in a non-virgin, non-animal alternative to wool or suede.

Castor Oil

Our foam insoles are of natural, plant-based origin. They are formulated from organic, biomass-derived materials and have a lower carbon footprint than typical polyurethane foam. This material is the perfect texture to comfort the sole through its super-soft cushioned surface.
