    Oooops! I got the wrong size...

    ...but no problems. I cut them down — easily — to fit. My Gumbies are now ready for another 5 years!! Love them.

    Excellent customer service

    When my slippers arrived the insoles had wrinkles in them - the wrinkles didn’t stop me from wearing them but felt like I had a sock wrinkled beneath my foot with each step. I called Gumbies to ask if I could purchase or somehow replace the insoles in my recently purchased slippers, and they sent a replacement pair of insoles at no charge AND gave me a small refund to my original purchase for the inconvenience. Such great customer service, and I love my slippers!!
