I am usually a 39 and after reading reviews saying to size up I went to a 40.
Not quite enough, as I'm feeling I could have been better even bigger to get more width. Then I might tend to go off the sides of the slide as I walk though. Tricky. Like the navy, but no drainage for water to escape.
