Old fashioned Customer Service
I recently ordered a pair of the Quokka slippers - absolutely gorgeous, really comfortable and great looking. Unfortunately today I noticed a bit of the stitching has started to come loose at the back, just one of those things but kind of spoilt the look of them. I contacted Customer Services, my call was answered immediately, and Vicki dealt with the issue so swiftly and professionally and with a friendly manner. I can’t recommend Gumbies enough, a great company with a great product, with excellent staff to back it up. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer, thank you!
