The slippers are really nice and comfortable to wear. Unfortunately the first pair I received had an internal fault , so not easy to spot. I contacted customer services and was sent a new pair immediately. No waiting to return the original pair, no quibble. Great service and a great product, only losing a 5 star rating as my original pair were faulty.
