Returning your Item
If you are unhappy with your purchase then you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.
Please complete the returns slip which was enclosed with your order. It is very important that your order number is clearly shown on your returns slip. Without this information, your refund or exchange may take longer to process.
An example of our order numbers is: ROI1000
If you did not have a return slip with your order please download a copy here. Or you may enclose a note with the following information on:
- Order Number
- Reason for Return (Exchange*/Refund)
*If you’re exchanging please state Style/Size request.
Please ensure that your return is in the same condition in which they were received and are in a resalable condition. We will not accept items that have clearly been worn. Items which have been worn will not be refunded or exchanged.
The cost of returns postage is not covered by Gumbies Limited this does not affect your statutory rights. If you are returning your order for a refund the initial cost of postage (if paid) will be refunded.
You can return your item by any means you wish but please don't forget to get proof of postage. We will not be held liable for any missing parcels.
Please ensure you have adequately package your return. We will not be held liable for damage to us without suitable packaging. This includes footwear sent back in unwrapped shoe boxes. Please do not use staples to seal packages as we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the customer. Ensure that your return is in the same condition in which it was received and is in a resalable condition.
